This portion of the site is currently under construction, if you have any information that would be helpful for this section please feel free to contact us.

FCC   -  The Federal Communication Commission
"Making sure that big radio stays big."

RIAA  - The Recording Association of America
"Raping musicians for over 40 years."

The recording Industry has always rewarded the creator of the product with the least amount of the profits directly resulting from that product. This remains true to this day even though the "Industry costs" have gone down, artists make as little now as they did years ago, in most instances, they make less.

In order to "sign" with most major record labels, you have to sign away most of your rights and the rights to your music, even with the so called protection of ASCAP. (In most cases ASCAP pays your fees back to the Record & Broadcast Industry)

In today's world musicians have no real need for record companies. The technology to record, produce, manufacture and distribute your own music is readily available to musicians. The tools that were once available only the record industry, are now affordable for musicians to rent or purchase.

ASCAP - The American Society of Composers, Artists, and Musicians.
"With friends like these, who needs enemies"

NAB - The National Association of Broadcasters
If most of the broadcasters are owned by one group of corporations, it stands to reason that the NAB owns most of this organization as well..

For now the best resources on these organizations are in the links section.
